When you go in for your appointment, a technician will give you an exact price estimate after inspecting your vehicle. If your vehicle has any extra conditions like dog hair, stains, bodily fluids, water spotting, paint, overspray, road tar, or tree sap, there may be additional charges. Hope that helps!

AUTOBROSNW – Service Agreement

This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Autobrosnw Mobile Detailing LLC (hereafter referred to as

“Autobrosnw”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By booking or using the services of Autobrosnw you hereby agree to the following terms without modification by you:

Access to Water & Electricity For Mobile Detailing

We require access to water and electricity for all mobile detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us immidiately at (253) 217-5698

 So we can schedule you for our shop location. If you have an appartment complex that will be providing the water and electricity find the sources in advance to avoid fee. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $150 cancelation fee.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are not present once we arrive OR the vehicle cannot be detailed once we arrive, you will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment service.

We detail rain or shine and are prepared for most any weather conditions including but not limited to rain. We also have a shop for working in severe weather. 

First Cancelation: customer can reschedule another appointment giving 48 hours notice of original appointment. You will be charged a cancelation fee totaling $80 if you miss this window.

Second Cancelation: you will be charged 80 cancellation fee regardless of 48 hour minimum requirement for notice.

Due to the amount of time it takes to perform quality service in the size of our operation cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect for this reason if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee totaling $80 if your vehicle cannot be detailed, once we arrived will still be charged for the full amount of your scheduled appointment service this includes not being present once we arrive the following terms and condition apply to all appointments.

1. We require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service to avoid fees
2. Autobros Northwest reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff level, whether condition or equipment failures at our own discretion
3. Failure to provide vehicle keys at the time and location of the ordered service will result in being charged the full amount of schedule appointment service. (This includes you not being present once we arrived).
   
4. Gift certificate redemption appointments will follow the same cancellation policy and will be automatically redeemed on the approved cancellation policy
